Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The wig is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
All original tags and packaging are intact
The return is requested within 14 days of the delivery date
Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is provided

For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn, tried on without a wig cap, altered, or are not in their original condition cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items

Worn or used wigs
Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance events
Customized or made-to-order wigs
Items without original packaging or tags

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@aurahairstudio.com with your order number and reason for return
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days
If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method at your own cost
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your wig for a different style, color, or size, please contact us at Contact Us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same eligibility conditions as returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
